Controlling and managing the thirty-six drying chambers at a plate catalyst producer was becoming increasingly cumbersome and time-consuming to do manually. A combined solution, which visualizes all ovens and enables recipe management, was implemented directly on-site. The software solution is integrated into the existing environment and communicates directly with the respective PLC of the chamber control system via an OPC server.
